Pyhätunturi Hotel, is a modern hotel and congress centre combining full facilities mixed with local flavour. Single and double rooms have been reserved for participants.
Fee for the accomodation
Accomodation for five nights at Pyhätunturi Hotel is 407.50 € in shared room and 477.50 € in single room. It includes three meals / day and lodging in selected roomtype from the evening of 1st Febryary to the afternoon of 6th Febryary 2009. Full board is highly recommended since seminar and/or social program may continue during meals. Payment for hotel room and full board is to be made according the instructions given by the Pyhätunturi Hotel when reserving the accomodation. Note, that it is possible to arrive before opening the seminar on Sunday 1st or stay after closing the seminar on Friday 6th at Pyhätunturi hotel.

How to get there
By Air: Pyhätunturi is easily reached by plane with direct daily flights from Helsinki (HEL) to Rovaniemi (RVN) airport. From the airport there is a regular transportation by "Skibus" direct to the Pyhätunturi Hotel.
By Train: There are many trains daily to Rovaniemi, which is the railway station with the best connections to Pyhätunturi. The "Skibus" also connects the hotel directly from Rovaniemi railway station. (For more information on Finnish train connections visit www.vr.fi).
