The Nutrition Winterschool for Young Champions

Welcome to the website of Nutrition Winterschool for Young Champions! The Nutrition Winterschool is organized by the Nutraceuticals Research Group of University of Helsinki, Finland.

The Second Nutrition Winterschool will take place from January 31^st to February 3^rd 2012 under the theme Gastroinflammation under Northern Lights.

The First Nutrition Winterschool was a success. About 50 scientists gathered together under the theme Inflammation under Northern Lights in February 2009, in Finnish Lapland. (Click here to see a map).
