The Nutrition Winterschool for Young Champions

Welcome to the website of Nutrition Winterschool for Young Champions! The Nutrition Winterschool is organized by the Foundation for Nutrition Research together with the Nutraceuticals Research Group of University of Helsinki, Finland.

The First Nutrition Winterschool was a success. About 50 scientists gathered together under the theme Inflammation under Northern Lights in February 2009, in Finnish Lapland. (Click here to see a map).

The Second Nutrition Winterschool will take place in February 2011.
